CHAMP D'ACTION ON NEW CD RICHARD BARRETT AT PSI RECORDS

The new cd Adrift, with 3 different works of Richard Barrett, came out recently. Codex IX with Elision; Adrift with Sarah Nicolls on the piano and Richard Barrett himself (electronics); and Codex VII with Champ d'Action.

Champ d'Action gave a commision to Richard Barrett for this composition in 2007 in connexion with Laboratorium (our biyearly workshopproject with students of the Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen) and dedicated to Vinko Globokar who was main guest in this project of Champ d'Action.
